We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst to join a fintech team. You’ll transform raw data into actionable insights, helping drive smarter business decisions across product, marketing, risk, and customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and reports to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and measure performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to support product development and customer behavior understanding.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
- Support experimentation (A/B testing) and growth initiatives through data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in fintech, banking, or SaaS.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Solid understanding of database structures and data modeling.
- Experience working with product, marketing, or risk teams is a plus.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
