Perform the planning of work unit Information Technology architecture.

Work with business representatives on support and planning initiatives and developing technology solutions that meet technical and business requirements.

Systems planning and budgeting.

Partner with the executives to develop the overall strategic technology infrastructure direction that will support and enhance the Business Plan.

Develop and implement processes for the organizations and IT systems department.

Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergencies or data loss.

Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.

Oversee the security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.

Facilitate IT security audits or investigations.

Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.

Coordinate multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Java Script is required.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required; master’s degree or MBA preferred.

· At least six years of experience managing an IT department.
